Kaala Teeka Clothing Exchange Policy

At Kaala Teeka Clothing, we value each piece we create, as all our products are made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns. However, we offer exchanges or alterations under specific conditions.

No Returns or Exchanges During Sales
No returns/ exchanges are possible during Sale time or for discounted products. All sales are final.

Size Exchange or Alteration
We provide size exchanges or alterations, and in some cases, credit notes. However, once a product has been altered or exchanged, no further alterations or exchanges will be accepted. For any alteration request, please contact us at info@kaalateekaclothing.com.

Exchange Process
In case of a size exchange or alteration, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you need to inform us within this period if you would like to request an exchange. After notifying us, the item must be returned to Kaala Teeka Clothing's Headquarters in Delhi within 10 working days. Please note that any items received beyond this 10-day window will not be eligible for exchange.

To qualify for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you include the receipt or proof of purchase. In the event of a defect or damage, notify us within 3 days of receiving the item, and we will arrange a replacement or provide a credit note, valid for six months.

How to Request an Exchange
To begin the exchange process, contact us at info@kaalateekaclothing.com or WhatsApp us at +91-7291068688. If your exchange request is accepted, we will provide confirmation along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back without prior confirmation, as these will not be accepted.

Important Notes on Exchanges and Credit Notes

  • Products that have been exchanged or altered once cannot be further exchanged or altered.
  • Exchanges are not available for orders whose sizes have been confirmed by you with our team. Please feel free to reach out to us at info@kaalateekaclothing.com or on WhatsApp to clarify any size queries before placing your order.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping products to us for exchange. Once the product is received, we will dispatch the exchanged or altered product at our expense.

Damages or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will promptly evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, such as custom-made or personalized products, perishable goods, and personal care items. For questions or concerns about specific items, please contact us.
